1. How to start the cooperation with DISHENG?
It is very easy to work with DISHENG and there is no upfront fees. All you need to do is to send us your inquiry with detailed info,then we will assign a dedicated account manager to contact with you in 24 hours to start your project. Your account manager will be your representative in DISHENG and support you from Sourcing to shipping.

2. How do you charge for your service?
We provide free sourcing. You only need to pay after you are satisfied with our price. Our service charges are simple and transparent. Our service charge are transparent as below:
1.If you choose agent service package we will charge 3%-6% of your total order amount depending on each case.
2.If you choose total sourcing solution package, we will provide you with EXW or FOB price when we quote you. So you only need to check the final price and if quote is acceptable or not. There is no extra and hidden cost.

3.What's your payment term?
We accept T/T, L/C, OA, DDP as payment method. Our usual payment term is 30% deposit when you place the order, and balance against the copy of B/L.

4.How DISHENG ensure the on-time delivery for my products?
We always work with very reliable suppliers and follow your orders at every step to ensure on-time delivery and continuously improve supplier performance, implement efficient logistics strategies and monitor order
